Simply wow! From the point of contact to delivery of our worldly goods the customer service, attention to detail and care of our possessions from this outstanding family run business is without doubt the best we have ever seen or experienced. From the initial call to Mat to discuss a quotation where we were moving from Hertfordshire to Cornwall he provided a quote within the hour.
We were not able to confirm the booking immediately as our buyers solicitors were working at a snails pace so we were only able to exchange on the Wednesday and the team were arriving the following day to load for a completion on the Friday (the team arrived on Thursday afternoon, spent 3.5 hrs loading, slept in lorry cab overnight and completed the load on Friday morning).
The lovely lads, Peter and Stuart arrived well dressed, polite and very courteous and were keen to get on even though they had just driven for over 7hrs! The lads assessed the house and its contents and begun the load! Just to add, they were great with our three sausage dogs. They finished up, went for some dinner and slept in the lorry cab overnight outside the house - I provided a key for the house so they had access to our downstairs cloakroom overnight.
They were up bright and early on the Friday and begun loading. They were all done by 10am so got on their way to Cornwall. Mat arranged for he and my lads Peter & Stuart to arrive on Monday morning for the unload into our new home - they arrived at 10am and were all finished and on their way by 12.25pm.

Organised and efficient
After my initial enquiry, Matthew arranged to visit me promptly, made useful comments regarding packing and immediately sent a quotation.
From the moving of the contents into storage for a few months, to transporting everything 300 miles, it was handled very efficiently and at the time agreed. The four staff who moved everything were very polite, careful and a pleasure to have in your home. They quietly got on with the work and nothing was too much trouble.
In spite of having to move everything into storage and then again into the new property there was no damage to the furniture or boxed delicate items. I can strongly recommend Tremewans and congratulate Matthew on being so organised and efficient.

I highly recommend Matt and his team, they did a brilliant job. Matt arranged a moving date very quickly and they did a great job packing, unpacked very quickly, and even assembled my bed for me! They made moving a much less stressful experience!
The whole team were excellent
Mathew and his team moved us out of our old house into rented and storage at Intrastore and then back out of storage when we finally completed on our house purchase. The whole team were excellent - very friendly and professional, nothing too much trouble. Couldn’t fault them and would happily recommend.

On the day the team arrived on time and were professional, efficient and careful throughout. There was a delay in getting into the house and the team all kept good humour and worked until it was finished, at the end asking us if we wanted anything moving to a different place. Extreme care at all times
We have recently moves down from Exeter and i cannot fault the service we received. The furniture was removed and packed in the lorry in no time and they guys took extreme care at all times. The other end our belongings went into storage for a few weeks before moving into our new home. Again the professionalism was outstanding. Matt was a great communicator and kept us informed at all times. Even messaged to say they were en route and the time they would be with us.
